I got stuck in Dayton becuase of FAA furlows. At priceline all I could get is voice messaging. The hotel said they would wave the fees. But it had to come from priceline.

Nice location for this trip. Great little restaurant in the Hotel. The staff there was very friendly and food was delicious! I would've liked to stay longer.
Not really!
This was a nice hotel with many amenities available to take advantage of. The location was close enough to many sights and attractions. Clean and well appointed rooms.

It was easy to find and really close to our event.
It wasn't very clear where to check in at. We stood in the lobby for about 5 minutes with our luggage before we were greeted and directed to a desk with a computer on it. (there were laptops everywhere and we weren't sure where to go)
The room was clean, but smallish. It was a good room for what we paid for it,
xxx but if we had to pay full price I would have been really disapointed.

Staff was amazing! Love that they recently did a $5,000,000 overhaul. It had been a bit dated so now it's fresh, clean, beautiful & modern! Chic! The new restaurant had wonderful food. Great dinners & a fantastic breakfast buffet.
Since it's a 12-story, large hotel, one has to walk through the main lobby to access the indoor pool, I wish they'd have robes in the hotel rooms like some Hyatts.I don't like having to pay to park in an area of Denver I normally wouldn't pay to park.
Fantastic indoor pool for kids (& adults). Great glass elevator which my children also like.

had to pay for water in the room, breakfast buffet was not as great as I would expect for a 4 star hotel. Almost forced to get buffet. Menu oatmeal for example is 12.00. Buffet 16.00.
Huge hotel with a contemporary flair. Glass elevator beautiful at night. Beds are so comfy with ample pillows that were terrific. Fitness room was small but had great treadmills and what you need to get in a quick workout. Hot tub was not impressive, but pool was large and inviting. Rooms were spacious with desk and free WiFi. Shower was great. Overall, very satisfied. ...

I did not like the upgrade to a 4 star hotel from my 3 star request. I wish that Priceline would have just rejected by offer. I was traveling with my daughter and wanted a motel with close parking and breakfast. I had to pay for parking and breakfast!

I did not have any direct interaction with staff as I was able to self check in and out - and to me that was not a bad thing. Several staff members that I passed in the hall were very friendly.
I wanted to use valet service, but did not see any valets. I ended up parking in the self park garage, but the costs were not clearly disclosed. I will have to wait for my credit card statement to find out if I was charged.
The hotel is extremely clean and recently upgraded. The self check in process is wonderful as you are able to see your room configuration (floor level, beds, etc.) and make quick changes yourself. My advice to guests is to park in the self park garage and use the rear entrance to the lobby, especially during winter weather.

Nice hotel. good all around.
Parking is an extra $10 per night. It is inside parking, but it should be included in the price of the hotel.
Not so easy to get to the first time. There is an extra $10 per night or $18 if you want valet parking. The hotel is nice but didn't have the great cup cakes that Hyatt Place has!

Hotel was very clean and the rooms where nice and updated.
The walls were paper thin. We had a noise complaint while watching TV when it was only on level 7. Later we realized that we could hear voices clearly when it didn't seem like anyone was being lout.
