It did not feel or looked like a 4 star hotel. More like a 3 star. Kind of outdated. Old bathrooms and old mattresses. Service was ok.

The locations was amazing, right in the heart of Boston
We were told that we would be stayed in a newly renovated room/area. We were not told that other rooms would be renovated around us, then choosing to do it at 7 AM. No chairs in our room just disappointed. I am writing a letter to the regional manager.

The location of the hotel was a selling point for myself.
I did not like that my hotel room door would not close properly. It took me slamming the door in order to close it.
