Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hyatt Place San Antonio Northwest/Medical Center
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.June 14, 2013

The staff was very accommodating. The lobby and breakfast were definitely above expectations. The only bad experience was the stained and dirty furniture in the room. The couch had a horrible odor and was not cleaned properly; it really needs to replaced or upholstered. After talking with other guests, this is not an isolated incident. It seems like the place needs to replace many of the aging pieces of furniture. I am surprised at myself for giving this place such a high rating after this type of infraction. Still, the staff and other accommodations make up for a lot of ground. ...

The hotel lobby and guest rooms were very clean! The room itself was exactly what our group needed! It was plenty of room, never feeling cramped. When we arrived it was late on a Sunday night and the machine that makes the keys had broken. Yet the staff was very attentive making sure that we were escorted up to our room and never needing anything. They waited for us to unload our luggage even offering to help carry things up for us! The location was very close to Six Flags which is why we stayed there. We really enjoyed our stay! ...

The hotel is located behind a few restuarants; one being Pappasitos. I enjoyed the quick three min walk which was what I needed. It was nice and quiet, and the staff there is extremely friendly. I will definitely come back to this Hyatt Place at this location. Thank you!
