Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hyatt Place Orlando Universal
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 9, 2013

The staff goes above and beyond for guests. Very friendly and helpful. During the breakfast they spoke to my son every morning asking him about his day before at the parks, and they remembered his name. He felt like he had his own friend there.

it is very close to Universal Studio and the shuttle bus is free. But it costs $10 to take the Sea World shuttle bus. The room is big and mirrors everywhere. Free breakfast and internet, very convenient. The biggest problem we had is the humid smell in this hotel. We left the window open during the night to have some fresh air. Luckily we went there late April, it was not that hot outside. ...

The staff were so so friendly going above and beyond to assist you. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of food both hot and cold and fresh! The location was great if you don't mind walking. We walked to Universal Studios and back. TGIF and other restaurants are also within walking distance and parking is free. The rooms were so modern, spacious, and cozy. The beds were so comfortable. It felt like a condo rather than a hotel. Oh and check out was at noon!! ...
