Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hyatt At Olive 8

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The location was great for shopping and access to Seattle theatres.
The staff left you wanting more. More information, more direction. The impression was they wanted you in and out and didn't care to ask how your stay was. The room seemed dirty, the beds were less comfortable than other Hyatt's I've stayed in before.

Great location!! Staff was also very friendly and attentive.
They only had a king size bed room, instead of two double beds. We had to pay $15 extra per night for a roll away bed.

Great location. We walked everywhere. Very short distance to the rail. If you are only staying in town skip the car rental.

It's new, modern and nice. Stay here when we can.
Doors slamming in the hall can be heard in the room. Woke me up early a few times.

Location was perfect, it was a the perfect walking distance to westlake and monorail to the space needle. All the staff was very friendly.
The food selection when ordering room service, there wasn't a large selection.

Location is very convenient to downtown shopping, dining, and entertainment. (We did not eat at the hotel restaurant.) There is lots of public transportation if needed to get around downtown, plus it is very convenient to the light rail to the airport.
Would be nice to have a small sofa adequate for two people to sit (room had a desk chair and an easy chair).I thought parking was extremely expensive, but I don't know what other hotels charge.
