I found the hotel to be pretentious and stuffy. The hotel lacked personality. I simply prefer smaller more intimate places to stay.

Solo Traveler
Check in was odd, we sat down at a desk with a not so friendly young lady. Room was awesome, except for the AC, it got really hot during the night, I figure it was the ECO friendly type system which usually means not so good. Shower was awesome, view great. We went there to attend the U2 concert, we were told a shuttle could pick us up after the concert but after 45+ minutes we gave up and walked back to the hotel. ...

Small clean boutique hotel. Overall nice. Food from room service and restaurant is worst I've ever had at a hotel. Also I booked this suite and paid for it with my credit card and put the room under my friends name as a surprise. The Hutton Hotel charged my friend for the stay and put a hold on their card. I also called and stopped by the front desk in person just to double check. I requested the itemized room bill not be slipped under their door. That didn't happen. As I was booked their as well for a 7 day stay, and made the request in person, they assured me that would not be a problem. When my friend let me know what happened it upset me, and also ruined the surprise I had planned for their stay.
