I wouldn't want anyone else to have this type of experience. Be careful if you book thru a 3rd party. I don't think they like that. The front desk girl was also really short and rude. I asked if we could have a room downstairs or if they had elevators. She said no that they didn't have any available but they had strong gentleman working that could help us carry stuff upstairs. Too bad that didn't help since the reason we needed a room downstairs was because my coworker has hip problems so that didn't help much. Also, the free breakfast that we didn't get to try since it starts at 8am and we had to be at work at 8am. Horrible experience. ...

I had a wonderful experience here. I was expecting a standard room, but was given a king suite with a patio. It was wonderful. Super clean. Well appointed. Nice staff. It was a delight. I don't know why it is rated 2-star. It was much nicer than what I would have expected. I totally recommend.

Our bungalow was refurbished with nice wood floors and a lovely bathroom. The property is well maintained and it is a quiet and peaceful place to overnight. The Problem with this experience was Priceline. I had a reservation and a confirmation and yet when I checked in they couldn't find me in their system. A call to Priceline was made and they couldn't find me either. Later that evening I got a call from another hotel asking whether I was checking later that evening. Priceline confirmed me with another hotel...not sure what happened here but it wasn't my error and when I called to be sure that I wasn't being billed by the second place, the person on line was like a robot. No ability to be in the moment with the content of the call- just someone following a script. Very disappointing.... ...

No irons or ironing boards inside the rooms. Room was dirty in general -- in desperate need of a good detail; walls were EXTREMELY dusty; air quality inside the rooms is extremely poor. Room door didn't shut properly(had to be slammed/push HARD for it to actually secure/close.Bed cover was DIRTY. Beds are of poor quality -- they're actually roll-away beds with headboards attached. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. ...
