This hotel was more than we expected. They offered a free continental breakfast. Free internet service. Free parking. Room location was great. They gave no hesitation in providing personal needs. Daily service was out standing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We would definitely return.

We were shocked this property was on Priceline and at 2 stars. It is part of the Howard Johnson chain but I bet it would be dropped if they went to inspect it. Very overpriced. We were very disappointed and could not wait to leave. Worse hotel ever (and we have stayed in many!)

The location is good if you want to be in Ft Erie. The hotel is a dump outside and very dated inside. Weather stripping hanging off the door, bedspreads, instead of comforters that have covers changed daily. Old lampshades, drapes, dimly lit. Just very tired and desparatly needs a makeover, even for a 2 star.

Good place near the river with good views and walking distance of trails and old fort Eire. Quiet at night. As I had mentioned before it was dingy and the some of the staff was not helpful in their attentiveness to their tasks. The breakfast selection was poor and not always in working order.

Although the room although dated seemed clean.

This is the second time, I've stayed at this hotel and it was just as wonderful as the first time. It is not a five star resort, but the beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean, and the location to Niagara Falls, Marineland, etc. is amazing.
