The location is perfect, in the middle of the French quarter. The lady in the lobby was very kind and show me around on the map.
The wifi signal is really bad no matter you are in the lobby or on the fifth floor. I would be charged 28$ per day for parking which I did not know until I got there. There was no refrigerator in the room.

Loved everything about this adorable hotel. The character, the friendly staff and especially the location. Will return here without question.
No,I loved everything about it.

The charming balconies, the quaint courtyard with pool. The staff were amazing. So friendly and eager to please. Surprisingly quiet when you consider how close it is to Bourbon Street. Rooms were very clean and beds extremely comfortable. Loved the New Orleans feel of the place.

The food was amazing! They do a chicken salad that I had every morning but one! I even had a paranormal experience. I stayed in room 519 and my bed slightly moved and I thought we had a small earthquake so I called the front desk to ask. Felt silly!
Can't complain at all! I'd stay there again!

The staff was awesome! You are far enough off of bourbon street that the noise doesn't affect you yet close enough for a single female to walk back safely. The staff was beyond helpful! Loved the stay and I hope to go back!

Terriffic staff - front desk very helpful!
The "pool" wasn't very inviting... do wish they'd offered a beignet & coffee...

Excellent location, helpful staff, clean, well appointed (not quite "stylish" as advertised, but fine), front desk folks were excellent in every way. Courtyard isn't much to spak of - try to get a balcony overlooking the interior courtyard.

The location, room, bed, cleanliness of the entire facility, the welcoming staff made my stay memorable. I will definitely stay at Hotel St Marie again, hopefully real soon.
I have no complaint about the Hotel St. Marie, nothing was less than wonderful!

My online selection was driven by location and price, next the size of the bed and if they had onsite parking. All my points were covered and so I was happy. When I arrived, I was really pleased with the ease of parking and the Valet taking care of my bag and vehicle. The desk clerks easily found my reservation and provided me with the key and code for WiFi; I couldn't think of anything else I could need or want. When I opened the room to my door, the room was spacious, street side, and appropriately appointed for a Hotel in the French Quarter! The Lobby, the Staff I(from Valet, Font Desk, room attendants, doorman) all welcoming, accommodating and most importantly, genuinely demonstrated by their attentiveness that they appreciated that I chose their Hotel for my time in New Orleans. Stay at Hotel St Marie and you will not be disappointed. Just a few steps from Bourbon Street on Toulouse Street, right where anyone would want to be to be in the French Quarter! more
