Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hotel RubyOur hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

BE EARLY IF YOU WANT TO GET A CAR PARK WITHIN THE GROUNDS OF THE HOTEL, OTHERWISE YOU HAVE TO PARK AT RUBY 2, A COUPLE OF BLOCKS AWAY. CAN BE A LITTLE AWKWARD, BUT DO-ABLE.

The first hotel i have booked with priceline where i felt the star ranking was too high on the hotel. If my wife would have been with me, she would not have wanted to stay there.

Continental breakfast included. Nice to be walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Comfortable beds.

First off there is no way this is a 3 star hotel, the rooms are small, the parking lot is small, it is very noisy and the breakfast room smells like a bar (because it is). It's a cool, quirky, little downtown hotel with outdoor room entrances that would probably be absolutely great for young kids looking to enjoy Spokane's downtown nitelife. It's not for weary, working, road warriors. If you're coming to work I wouldn't recommend it, if you're coming to party this might work out very nice for you. ...

The looks of this hotel may be alluring but the street noise kept me from getting much sleep and the lack of wi-fi forced me to travel to the nearest coffee shop, being as i was there on business. Overall I was not impressed, I won't be staying there again, though I may revisit the Saphire Lounge.

The hotel is sort of a Motel 6 with a facelift. Cannot be rated as a 3 star hotel when it does not have an elevator and has relatively steep stairs. They try hard to please but I would not stay there again.
