Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hotel Ruby

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Located in a upscale part of down town Spokane. One of the best continental breakfast's I have had anywhere.
Very limited onsite parking.

The veiw it was charming
No it was neat

The decor was elegant we went to a total of 7 motels while on a road trip and the ruby was our second favorite mainly for its originality.

Location was great, and a very unique hotel in its artsy aesthetic and interior decor. Beds were great!
Parking, but that is understandable considering the location. And they need to take a closer eye when it comes to cleanliness. Continental breakfast was lacking.

If ever in Spokane again, would stay there. Also the front desk people were very kind and helpfull and the bartender was great!

This is not a 3 star hotel. It's an old converted 1 star, with new paint. The room had cracked tiles in the bathrooms, no coffee pots in the room, and the free breakfast was hard boiled eggs and cold cereal.

Location was good
NO WAY is this a 3-star hotel. It is a refurbished motel. Tiny room, no coffee maker in the room. Couldn't get in shower without getting cascaded with cold water.

Nothing
The hotel a motel. It had a three star rating and in my opinion deserved a one star. The bathroom was old, moldy, and hadn't been cleaned! There was a hole in the wall next to the air conditioner that you could see out to the walk way.

There was ants all over the room even in the bed! It was filled with kids partying and running up and down the walkway drunk knocking on doors. We at best got two hours sleep. The man at the front said he was going to credit my card back. So that was good but it needs to be removed from your hotels you work with. It was disgusting!

Hotel desk person nice.
Had to park in over flowparking which was not advertised as such. We checked in late after 10pm so had to walk almost two blocks in not best part of town with all luggage. Really motel not hotel. New paint and artwork but still old motel design & feel.

It was an old motel, but totally updated and very clean.
The parking was limited.

It was right in the heart of downtown Spokane and access to shopping and night life was excellent.

No handicap parking, no coffee in room no clock in room, This is the smallest room I have ever been in. The breakfast not up to 3 star quality. This room needs to be updated.
