Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Location
Outdated bed mattress, small room, window without covering allowing light in, noisy water pipes, room next to delivery/employee area, didn't state it was a continental breakfast we were paying for, manager wouldn't speak with us.

It would have been nice if it was half the price.
Too expensive. We could hear the people in the other rooms walking around, farting, etc. They weren't doing anything wrong, just the rooms are not at all soundproof. Hard to regulate the temp in the room. No ocean view, not beachfront-- there is a str

Loved the location and the fact that the pool and hot tub were heated even in the winter! definitely a cool hotel.
The bathroom was tiny and did not have a tub only a stand up shower. Only suitable for one small person.

Only decent thing was the quietness
Staff was very rude , parking was 18 dollars a night , room was tiny n seemed to have a sewage problem , no hot breakfast at all . Save yourself the money n check elsewhere .

Overpriced , pictures do it more justice then it deserves !

Location on the beach was excellent. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.
One lamp in the room was missing the knob for the switch.

location was great. But defenitley did not meet our expacations of a 3 1/2 star. Dated and in need of repairs. Putting colorful rugs in a room does not make it "trendy" it just made it look not up to date.
outdated décor, beds not very comfortable, no room service and no pay per view to order movies

Staff were very friendly and helpful (front desk)
Rooms are very basic. This is not a 3.5 star hotel. It should be marketed as such.

Looks really nice from the outside but inside needs some work (especially hotel rooms)
