Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. The property was right across the street from the beach.
No A/C for a 3.5 star hotel.

The hotel seemed well maintained.

The location was great
There were additional charges for parking, room changes, service fee (cleaning the room each night), taxes, tourist fee, etc....

The extra charges were disappointing. There was an addition--- in fees above the room charge. There was a skunk trying to burrow under the room in the night, but the maintenance guy was right on it and we had no more trouble with it.

Can't argue with one of the best locations in the country. I wish I had more time there to take advantage. Second to the location was the awesome staff. They were very helpful and friendly.
Not really. The ONLY thing I can think of at the time is that there was a clock radio that had an iPhone dock, but only for old iPhones. Not really a big problem, but I had to listen to my gf's music instead of mine. haha :)

Love it. I'll definitely be back.

Location is absolutely perfect!
No A/C is a little bit of a bummer, but room fans were sufficient. Breakfast is European style - not American style, so no bacon, sausage or pancakes.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Love the complimentary bikes. Location is amazing - and convenient to train station, too, so if you want to skip the car ride, you can!

1)The location was right across from the beach and a short walk to State Street. 2) The breakfast was delicious. 3) The staff was friendly and helpful
1) The walls are thin, woke up hearing the phone buzzing from the person staying adjacent to us. 2) Charged for parking and Internet 3) The units are small

The location was awesome. Right across the street from the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was great and so was the staff.
The room was extremely small and lacked upkeep. The ceiling had damage and there was no air conditioning.

Good hotel but expected more from the star rating. Good for one day but would like something better for an extended stay.
