That I managed to get my money back bc it is infested with bed bugs. I saw 2. Another guy was also complaining . He had bites all over his arm.
BED BUGS!!.serious infestation. Needs total extermination and change of furniture and carpet and paint. Then raise price a bit to keep the trashy clients out.

I woke up at 4am with 2 bugs on my pillow and a blood spot. waited for 2 hr @4am for the owner to show up and refund money bc front desk guy couldn't. there was a woman screaming and they refused to call police or check what's going on. Very trashy place. Looked ok at first. front desk lady during daytime was very nice. There was another guy complaining at the same time about bed bugs and he was bitten all over his arm. Thank god I woke up at 4am. Really hope I didn't bring any home with me. Still itchy. So my weekend get away was ruined . I was left at 6am finding a 24 hour place (bus station) to shake my stuff out and change out of my pajamas then gojng to coffee shop for wifi to search for a cleaner hotel. So forget relaxing and sleeping in on a Sunday morning. Got my money back but what a waste of vacation time. Awful!!! more

No elevator. Had to carry suitcases up to stories. No where to park our car. Had to spend $12 for parking garage. Big stains in carpet. Insufficient air conditioning. The room had a nasty moldy smell. The pictures on line showed nice place but but not so.

Priceline. com let me and my wife down on this hotel. The room was small and a chair setting in the closet. The TV Remote didn't work and the replacement remote didn't work either. There was nothing about this place that was good. From the smelly room with very bad stained carpet to the people in the building next door getting undressed with there doors and curtains open. The toilet was small and against the wall. It was my 1st time having to sit sideways to use a toilet. Walking 1 & 1/2 blocks to park our car and having to pay wasn't right either. The pictures on show a nice place but we were surpized. more

the location to the bus station, right across the road!!
the location, alot of homeless people and drug addicts walking the streets

clean hotel, great for people to just sleep at, location is good for buses and trains to downtown. great for young travellers

The smell in the room was overpoweringly terrible - stale smoke and general uncleanliness.

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I would strongly recommend that you not stay here. The smell in the room was absolutely disgusting, the place was generally unclean, and things in the room were falling apart. We couldn't wait to leave.
