I like how helpful the staff was.

The atmosphere of the hotel was nice and my room looked really good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to a friend or family member.

Staff manning the elevator - always friendly.
Duty manager - checked us in - not a single smile.

I chose this hotel which was more than double the price of an earlier hotel we stayed in thinking it would be a nice luxurious way to finish our 10 day stay in Patong - but have now been turned against large hotels - did not feel like gonig back to the hotel - very poor view overlooking rooftop - Beachfront hotel yes - but not the rooms

If you like to be close to Patong beach this is a great place. Breakfast buffet a bit expensive but has everything and good quality. Rooms are quite comfortable though beds a bit soft for a Holiday Inn. Issues with bills but it all got sorted out. Taxi from hotel too expensive. Pools very nice. Decor nice.
