The rooms there are as big as 5 star room near quay - cruise port . Very nice hotel & there is airport shuttle for $14.

The staff was very polite and helpful. Positive note on the location is that it is next to the trains/subway. There is a department store across the street.Shuttle to the airport is available for $14 and day trips meet outside the hotel which is a plus
The hotel is a street or two over from a large bar area and can be a negative for the older crowd. The cost of a taxi from the airport is about $55.

Great location, near train station and bus lines. Friendly staff and a reliable brand name. Has a very good cafe/bar on ground floor with friendly servers.
In a busy area with some marginal adult businesses nearby.Room was functional but beds small and carpet dated.Small but functional exercise room.

Location. Good bed. Good ventilation in the room. Friendly manager, staff, and cleaning people.
No Microwave. Laundry room was appalling. Two out of four machines were broken, others rusted out. No swimming pool or jaccuzzi. No complimentary breakfast. The "special" breakfast at $21.00 each in the hotel restaurant seemed excessive even for Sydney.

This would be a 2 or 3 star hotel in the USA.

The staff were very helpful and called to make reservations for us without hesitation. They were able to clarify attractions hours of operations for us and were very friendly. Lobby was beautiful.
The rooms were a bit more old fashioned and dated than I expected however it was clean and comfortable. Room smelled a bit musty too.

Despite it being in the King's Cross area ("oh the red light district!" is what everyone said), honestly we didn't see anything that would suggest that in the vicinity of the hotel. It's about a half hour walk to most attractions but the subway is right at your doorstep and easy to navigate into the city for $3 if you don't feel like walking. $10 taxi from the harbour front. The Staff. Everyone was exceptionally helpful and friendly.
Not specific to this hotel- but cleaning staff work hard and room smelled like sweat. Better after we turned up the AC.

Elevators were quick; security was good; and again, the front desk staff rocked! Dorinka (or a female name like that was amazing).
