We tried to take our children swimming, but the pool area is right next to the bar area; not very family friendly.

Location
The rooms were not that clean. When we arrived we had to call maintenance to fix the tub. It was full of water. They should have never put us in that room.

The hotel was ok but overall not impressed.

Worst hotel experience i can remember in last 5 years ,worn out rooms,carpet was just old, the bed was literally sagging to 1 side and the sound of the hotel entertainment was as if it were next door. the hotel staff was pleasant but very unresponsive to my requests . for example, when i asked about a cart for our luggage they responded that they had 3 . however none were in the lobby and they offered no assistance in figuring out where they might be. i went floor by floor to find 1 for myself. When I inquired about the band noise in my room at 11:30pm , the front desk responded that it would hopefully end soon. they made no offer to try to move me to another room. ...read more

Not the hotels fault but there was a highway patrol /police convention or something and they used all of the parking for their trailers and trucks. Could have been a little more considerate instead of using 4-6parking spots each.

Close to the airport and quick access to freeway.
The internet was done the first night and planned to extend my stay however was there on business. No hope in sight of having internet restored and hotel had no back-up plan.

Better than average for the business traveler but it's difficult to justify a stay if the problem of the internet access continues. Hopefully it's an anomaly and would stay there again based on the location, convenience of traveling throughout the region.

Front desk staff were very friendly and accomodating.
The ice machine was not working on our floor and additional floors we checked. Finally found one that was working a few floors down from our floor.

Location was great! Close to downtown and super easy access to the freeway.
I wish the rooms were more up-to-date. Bathroom was nice, but the room lacked wall decor and lighting.

Great for those who want to stay in a central location. Very close to Opry Mills/ grand Ole Opry without paying the higher price for staying in that area. The drive to Downtown/ Vandy area was very convenient.

The Parking was somewhat problematic. It often took a while to find a space.

overall a great experience I would like to Rooms to be a little more modern a little cleaner and thicker doors as all the reviews say..... what made up for these black luster things was awesome location awesome staff great service..... Troy the bartender
