Hotel Guest Reviews of the Wyndham New Orleans - French Quarter
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 10, 2013

Please be aware that you'll pay a huge parking fee and also a huge pet fee. So much for naming your own price.

The bathroom in the room was deplorable. The floor tiles were cracked and crumbling. The toilet had stains and the paint on the old wooden seat was PEELING OFF. The shower in the bathroom was filthy and there were drink stains in the sink that were fresh. The bathroom reeked mildew and urine. The crack under the room door was about two inches high. When you laid on the bed you could see under the door to the elevator. There was no sound being muffled. One of the dressers was sticky. I called Priceline and the guy told us there wasn't anything he could do and that we needed to talk to the hotel. The hotel staff was great and moved us right away. I still feel like the actual hotel wasn't very clean. We also had to take two different elevators to get to our floor. All in all I think Hotels Tonight just got a new customer.... ...

Great Location on Royal street in the French Quarter near Canal. The room was very comfortable and clean and the staff was friendly. Would stay here again. A great value. We stayed during the week on a top floor and didn't have any problems with the elevators being slow as others have mentioned.

This is a centrally located hotel, close to everything in the French Quarter. It is not the Ritz but is clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. Our room was clean and the staff was excellent. We would definitely return.

The best part of about this hotel was DEFINITELY the location!!! Everything else was just average. I was disappointed about the $30 overnight parking fee though. But the casino down the street has free 24 hr parking after 30 min of play. We ended up playing the penny machines for 30 min and saved a TON on parking.

From the time we arrived, it was such a positive experience. The few questions/requests we had were met with polite, knowledgable staff.
