Liked the location within French Quarter. Free wi-fi internet service in room
The big issue is that at this time the hotel is undergoing major rennovation and the public space and numerous rooms were being redone creating much noise and dust. The hotel tried to compensate but there is very little that can be done to alter the issue

so much construction. restaurant advertised a breakfast menu in the room and it was a one table cold buffet - we did not stay as it was too disappointing. only one working elevator to the 5th floor and we had to walk through/around construction.

Location, pool, clean rooms.
The hotel is under construction. Construction related noise woke us up early in the morning. I think the fact that the hotel is under construction should have been mentioned in the listing and merited a lower price.

Location was great.
Construction was going on down the hall and while it was quiet, on the 2nd night around midnight the fumes from whatever they were doing (spelled like paint varnish or stripper) was so strong in our room that it was noxious to breathe.

The staff was fabulous! Everyone was helpful and friendly.
The price to pay for your vehicle overnight was way expensive. $39 each night.the hotel was in a perfect spot in the French Quarter to get everywhere.

Left just before more renovations were beginning.

Can't think of a thing!!!
"Hotel Hell" was the best way to describe it. Noisy construction in and around this hotel. The noise woke us up every morning around 7:00 am. We expected to sleep in after fun activities on nearby Bourbon Street. I complained to no avail. Sucked.

I said it all already. Don't go here for at least six months. By then maybe they will be done with their construction as well as the neighbors. Banging banging and more loud noise early in the morning was not expected or welcomed!
