You can walk from the hotel to Glasgow Airport. It is an easy arrangement for making flights.
The hotel could use some updating.

Easy parking close to the entrance. Also, the room was very quiet even though it was facing the airport.
Not really. Would have been nice to have a bit of counter space in the bathroom,but not really a problem.

The location to the airport
My complaint is with the whole priceline/hotel experience. I realized when I returned home that both holiday inn and priceline had billed me for my stay. I am very dissatisfied that I was double billed. This does not make me want to book this way again...

My experience above is unfortunate because the hotel was very convenient for my stay in Scotand but the billing aggregation was not a pleasant experience.

Heating vent in room was noisy. Don't want to sleep next to a twin engine. Second room: the entrance light did not work and the security chain on the door was missing.....is this the best Glasgow airport can offer. Very rundown and tired hotel.

Cost of internet was rediculus. In todays market the average cost of weekly internet per hotel room is about $4. This hotel charged almost as much for 1 hr or $7 for 4 hr continuous servicer. Who ever sits on a computer for 4 hrs.... A major disapointment

Priced right. Food was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom and shower excellent. Staff friendly and professional. Walk across the street to the airport terminal building.
I parked at the hotel to check in & put my bags into my room & then drive away again. I was told "get them to stamp" the parking machine's receipt before leaving. I thought; "to ensure I didn't get charged." I was charged me 3 Pounds for less than 1 hour!

I thought that was very courteous of them, to ensure I didn't get charged. But; NO. Reception asked me for 3 Pounds (Sterling)for parking beside the hotel, on hotel property, for less than 1 hour! I was taken by surprised and even those in line behind me could not believe they were charging for the period of just booking in and leaving. We all agreed it would be different if the car was there all night or for hours and hours, but for under one hour; to line up, check in, plunk your bags in the room and then leave again ... I, and everyone overhearing, thought their cost was a bit much to swallow. ...read more
