Good to have in-and-out parking in the hotel and the kitchenette is a huge plus. Managers should inspect the rooms, not all are alike. I stayed here two different times during the same trip, the first hotel room was pretty bad and the next was better.
I was pretty sneezy so I'm not sure where the air filtration unit is and I definitely smelled smoke coming up through the ventilation system from other rooms on separate occasions. That needs to stop.
The hotel was not bad, the gym was decent and the location was ok. Lots of construction going on so a bit of waiting. Overall I could not complain too much for the price, but really, clean up the rooms a bit better, give the customers 4 towels (not 3) and fix your ventilation system. You have lots of potential. ...

The first impression was not good. The exterior was very dirty. The desk clerks were wonderful, however, and very helpful in assisting our travel plans. The room was a suite, not a room, with too much wasted space for our needs. It was badly in need of updating and the bathroom was in bad need of scrubbing! The bed was comfortable and clean and we were only there for 2 nights, touring during the day, so it sufficed.

unfortunately there were Student protests and riots going on in the area.
On a main street with excellent bus service and connections to the Airport and other parts of the city. An adequate place to stay; comfortable beds Good flat screen TV and channel selections.

Family Traveling with Young Children
Very friendly staff. Upon late night arrival, groundsman offered my son (6yrs) hot chocolate. We left for dinner, and upon returning, the hot chocolate was waiting for him! Large rooms with large kitchens. Breakfast was hot and had large dining area. Courtyard outside was fun for playing in the snow (and I imagine would be great in the spring/summer). Sliding window/door in room would also be nice for spring.
