Hotel Guest Reviews of the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Los Alamos Entrada Park

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Great newer hotel in Los Alamos, nice breakfast not fancy but good.
Hotel needs to make sure that the shower/tub corners have mold removed, it was not a lot but that is very unsightly. The rest of the Hotel was very clean and good.

Nice location in Los Alamos, we caught a beautiful sunset over the mountains from the Hotel parking lot.

The guest service provided. The a warm sauna was nice and the other guests were friendly.
The desk was a little dusty and the desk chair a little off center

Its a pleasant hotel in a pretty little town. The views are great and the hotel is nice

Clean, well maintained, offered breakfast, everything worked.
Kind of bland and sterile. The desk clerk was glued to his smart phone.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. The rooms have large windows and good light. Everything works perfectly. There are complementary coffee and tea in the rooms and a coffee pot that brews and keeps water and coffee warm. Our room was spacious, the bed comfortable. However, the art on the walls and the furnishings are bland and uninspiring. Not romantic. There were two complementary newspapers out for the taking, the local Los Alamos paper and the Santa Fe New Mexican. There is an abundant breakfast with eggs, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, cold cereal, juices. At 11:00 a.m. food was still out, so late sleepers could still fill up with a good meal. Except for one desk clerk who was glued to his smart phone, the desk staff treated us well and competently. We didn't get a chance to check out the pool but probably it is in excellent condition like the rest of the hotel. Except for being kind of sterile and having one very preoccupied desk clerk, the place is in excellent shape. It's perfect for resting, watching a little television and getting a good night's sleep. ...read more

For us, the important thing was location. It was in Los Alamos, as advertised, unlike hotels at other travel sites, which were up to 30 miles away. It was close to dining and shopping and easy to find from the highway.
The beds were not the most comfortable ever, but it was okay.

At the recommendation of the hotel desk clerk, we had dinner at the Blue Window Bistro. While the food was very good, it was also a bit pricey. It would have been nice if the clerk had mentioned this. The restaurant was very nice and the food was great - it would have been perfect for a romantic dinner out. Probably what we needed was more along the lines of a bowl of soup and a sandwich, though. A list of dining options would be a nice thing for the hotel to have on hand. A hot tub would also have been welcome. ...read more

Very clean and spacious.
Last time we stayed here there was no front desk to check us in. It took about 35 minutes of waiting. The hotel was a ghost town. This time I was happy to see someone at the front desk when we arrived!
