It was close to a movie theater and a lot of good places to eat.
The clorine in the pool and hot tub was very strong and burned my eyes.

I would definitely stay again within the next 6 months.

We were placed in a room by the elevator and had noise most of the night from guests , also no designated outside smoking area.

The late night check in was great. The free breakfast each morning was great and each morning they had different items to choose from. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel was located near restaurants, shopping and interstate.
There were no refrigerators or microwave. There was only one ice machine in the entire hotel and it was on the main floor. There was an indoor pool and hot tub, but they were small, older and there were no towels and we had to go ask for some.

The hotel staff was courteous and helpful. The rooms were clean and the price was right. We had two rooms and without asking, the staff made sure our rooms were next to each other which was greatly appreciated. The dining area was nice and the free breakfast had many different choices to choose from and had something for everyone and was different everyday. The late check in was convenient and hassle free. I had originally booked the two rooms for two nights, but then we added an additional night at the beginning of the stay. They had us booked for two different rooms and we would have had to switch our rooms the second night, but without having to ask, staff took it upon themselves to arrange things to we could stay in the same rooms, which was very convenient. I booked the room through the express deals, and was very upset when i got to the room and found that i had to take a smoking room. me and my wife dont smoke. We both woke up with sore throats and smelled of smoke. I did not enjoy my stay because of this.

I think there should be an option when using express deals to ensure you dont get a smoking room. This was by far the worst experience i have had at a hotel and would probably not use your service again because of this. I have stayed at these hotels before and have had very good experiences. Not just because of the smoking room, but the food wasnt very good either. they usually have a bit better quality of food at these hotels. Overall not a good experience and i would not recommend priceline express deals or this hotel because of this. ...read more

GREAT room, comfortable bed, wonderful pull out sofa, bathroom could benefit from a magnifying mirror. Breakfast was outstanding.
Hallway towards elevator while using luggage cart was a bit small and ackward to manoeuvre.

Hotel lobby and rooms are very clean. This hotel had plenty of free parking and the breakfast was really good for a 2-1/2 star hotel (and free). The staff was very accommodating as well.
I liked everything about this hotel.

This was my first time staying in this hotel and in the Troy area. This was only for a one night stay as we were in town for a baseball game (Tri-City Valleycats). Upon check-in around 3pm, we were given a king size room. However, my request for two doubles was granted. I thank the staff for being accommodating in this matter. We left the room around 4ish only to come back to the hotel just to sleep. Beds were comfortable and a/c was perfect. The TV was a newer LCD flat panel as is pretty common these days. We woke up and went to breakfast the next day (Monday) which ended at 10am. The free breakfast was pretty impressive. They had fresh biscuits and cinnamon buns so that did it for me. dirty carpet, dripping water, hot tub water wasnt' hot at all.

We really enjoyed the view of the hotel and also the staff were very friendly. The breakfast were pretty nice too. However couple things went wrong that I don¿t think we will stay there again. First, the carpet felt damp in the room. We typically walked barefoot in the room and we realized how dirty the carpet was when we took shower and saw the water turning black. Late in the evening, we noticed water dripping from the ceiling light fixture right above the toilet in the bathroom. It all started after someone took a shower upstairs. The mechanic came promptly but he couldn't do anything that night. He took out the light bulb to avoid electric hazard. The hotel was completely booked that night so we couldn't switch to another room either. The dripping stopped after a while. We were given half of our payment back as compensation since we were stuck. Early in the morning I was waken by the dripping sound again. This time from the ceiling above the bed. Yes, someone was taking a shower upstairs again. I could clearly see the water line/mark on the ceiling and the water dripping. Someone came to check on the dripping promptly after I reported the issue. I don¿t¿ know what they found since we were ready to check out when they went upstairs to check again.
