Breakfest
Bed was too hard, woke up 4 times during the night in hope it was morning time. Back hurt next day. And Elevator was broken half the time we needed it.

Hotel and Room was nice, but bed was to hard/firm for me and my family. If you like a hard bed it is the best hotel for you. Nice staff and breakfest is good. Overall we had a nice stay but we did not enjoy the one reason we came there is to have a place to sleep comfortable.

Very clean and staff was very friendly. Hotel was quite.

This is a newer hotel and so it is very clean and up to date with amneities. Staff was very nice and helpfull. Free breakfast in the morning was nice.

Fitness room sparse.

Being fairly new there were no odd smells, everything was in good repair and clean.
The bed wasn't as comfortable as some other hotels of less stars I've stayed in, not very plush or cozy.

We arrived after midnight. Our check-in was fast and uneventful. The clerk was nice enough but not really very friendly. The next morning when asking a different clerk for directions she didn't seem very confident, however, I was asking for directions to Rockport. The employee in the breakfast area seemed very friendly and helpful. Overall, the hotel was nice, fairly quiet, clean and served an OK breakfast (the eggs were not very good and coffee was bland, but cinnamon rolls were delicious!

The hotel had a warm and inviting feeling. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

This is an excellent hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful.I will definitely be staying here again when I am in the Portland area.
