Hotel Guest Reviews of the Holiday Inn Express DaytonOur hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

It should have a higher star rating than it did on priceline. Dayton isn't a place I would normally vacation but it was a perfect spot for our purposes for this trip. The staff was lovely. The food was good. It was clean. It was comfortable. I will definitely be staying there again.

We arrived very late but they were very nice about making sure we had a room and everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again when we do the 127 Sale. Nice safe location.

This is nice, new hotel, in a very convenient location. Perhaps the staff was just having a bad day when we arrived.

I called the hotel on my way to the hotel for directions. I was informed that they would not honor my reservation, did not have the room I had reserved and I would have to go to another hotel. There was not another hotel with a room for 100 miles. I had to argue with the hotel for 30 minutes still driving towards the hotel until finally they honored my reservation and would give me another room. When I arrived at the hotel no one said they were sorry or acted like I had just been speaking to them on the phone. They checked me into the room I had reserved back in May when the hotel had just told me that they did not have the room I had reserved. It was very stressful. ...
