The staff was very friendly and helpful with navigating downtown Boston.
The property was under construction and the banging started about 7 AM each morning. It felt like someone was hammering your head. Literally, right outside the window. It would have been great if we were informed ahead of time.

The staff were among the friendliest and most helpful I've ever spoken with! Also, the automatic pancake-making machine makes pancakes so delicious you can just roll them up and eat them while you're on the go.
The hotel is separated from the Andrew Square MBTA station by the highway, so walking between the two wasn't as easy as I expected. However, the hotel runs a shuttle to the station. The room also smelled strongly of cleaning products at first.
