Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hilton Tucson El Conquistador Golf And Tennis Resort

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The location is what I like best about this hotel.
It was very expensive staying there. No coolers allowed at the pool...drinks were pretty expensive. We didn't make use of the $20 a day resort fee...and the front desk was not supplied with simple things like coffee...

Beautiful environment. Wonderful setting in the mountains.

Elevators can end up being far from your room.top drawer resort and place to stay.

The location is beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The restaurant had extremely slow service and the shower needs to be updated.

1. Nice part of town. 2. Beautiful view of Catalina mountain. 3. Quiet. 4. Plenty of things to do in the resort (golf, tennis, pool, exercise room).
1. Not enough parking for guests. 2. Hotel charges. 3. Not enough hot water especially in the morning.

It was beautiful, landscaped well, and had great restaurants and other amenities.
The subtle and not so subtle up-charges. The concierge, who was grumpy. The high prices for breakfast.
