Great location and the breakfast was excellent!
The air conditioner in our unit was VERY loud. Sounded like it had a loose part but wasn't accessible to fix.
Beautiful entrance and spacious rooms. Facilities are easy to get to. The hotel itself is easy to get to as well. Quite central to Toronto/Mississauga's attractions. Overall, highly recommended!

This was a decent hotel but absolutely in no way a four star hotel. Even by Hilton's own ranking it is a 3 star. We bid on a four. Therefore, we did not get what we bid for. When my husband called to complain, you gave a $5 coupon.
The hotel is 3 star, tops. No way a 4 star, not even 3.5.

Great staff, upgraded to a bigger room and included breakfast and parking
The hotel is very clean and updated in the main areas. The rooms were a bit dated, but clean. Overall it was a good choice for an overnight stay. It is very close to the airport though, so it took a bit longer for my daughter to go to sleep because she could hear the airplanes.

We were updraded to an executive room with parking,internet and breakfast for 2 for $40 extra per night...worth every penny!!! Loved the spacious room and the breakfast was amazing. Awesome hotel!!
The location wasn't great. We did have some restaurants close by but nothing really to do unless you drove 10-15 minutes away.

The location was perfect for us since we were going to an event at the international center about 3 minutes away.
The room was definitely not as nice as pictured. The walls were covered in big black scuff marks. The desk/dresser has chunks missing out of it and was cracked and very beat up. The walls were paper thin and we could hear every noise from our neighbours.
The lobby and staff were great, but we were very disappointed with our room. I was expecting better quality from a Hilton. We won't be returning.

Noisy - too close to airport. A?C was awful - too loud or needed maintenance. Lights were burned out. Beds were not side by side but back to back. Room space was terrible

Location was great. Overnight staff were helpful. I even got an upgrade.
Was coming in for a few hours on a layover. Requested a wake up call at 5am and 5:15am so that I could catch the 6:20a airport shuttle. We never received the call and no at the front desk seemed concerned or cared. We had to catch the next shuttle.
The hotel is nice. Great location for a layover. Really wasn't there long enough to use any of the services. However, what I did request, I didn't get and that was not only disappointing but potentially could have caused me to miss my flight.
