The staff was incredibly helpful in setting up bookings and directing us to places we wanted to visit. Loved the "pillow service" where you can order different pillows depending on what you like - for free. Location was a bit far from Sydney Harbor, but very close to Darling Harbor. We still could walk to everywhere we wanted, though. Very nice stay!

The hotel was very pleasant and the staff welcoming. Our room was ready on arrival at midday which was great. The room was nicely decorated but on the small side. Big desk which took up a lot of room and with no lighting over/on it seemed pointless.
The beds were very comfortable and had a choice of pillow types if you ask for them. Loved the bathroom with the light in the shower. ...
