Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hilton ShanghaiOur hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

I am diamond Hilton member, and I always want to try out this hotel, but I prefer the Nanging Road pedestrian area, so I never stay here, this is the first time I used priceline.com and when I got the bid for this Hilton hotel, I was very happy. Will definitely book with priceline again and hopefully I will win the bid to stay at this Hilton Hotel again.

Condition of hotel is good with view (from my room) of Jing An Temple. Wifi prices could be better as I went to buy a data plan sim card from a nearby convenience store for roughly the same cost for my iPhone. Special mention for the Check-in counter receptionist, Suki, as she was attentive and provided detailed directions on where to go for local eateries (which the tour desk was unable to provide). Overall it is a good hotel, do not really think that it's 5 stars though, ...

It was a good hotel but more like a 4 star hotel by North American standards. The rooms were clean and well-kept but were just a little worn in the bathroom. Still good value and right next to the subway which was convenient.
