Hotel was very nice and the valet staff was very friendly and willing to help. The room was very nice and the scenary was great from the balcony. However, I did not like being awaken every morning around 7am by a loud voice from outside.

This is a great hotel with a great location in downtown San Antonio. The Alamo was within walking distance.

Super clean. Beautiful, comfortable bed. Nice size bathroom with super magnifying mirror. Right on San Antonio Riverwalk and every room has a balcony. Only complaint was parking is too expensive. $22 for self park and I believe it was $35.50 for valet. Cars were stacked up in 3 lines at the hotel entrance when we arrived so we opted for valet.

The hotel meet all expectations. We actually live in San Antonio, but wanted to be downtown during Fiesta so we wouldn't have to drive and park. We were right next to the entrance for NIOSA (Night in Old San Antonio) for Fiesta. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. We are already talking about booking it again for next year. The hotel is in the middle of renovations, but it wasn't an intrusion at all. Overall very pleased with our stay. ...
