Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hilton London Green Park

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The location was great
Old hotel.Bed very uncomfortable. Had to stand in backed up water while taking a shower.

Great location but way overrated for the price.

The location is really great, only a 2-5 minute walk to the Green Park tube station, with several chain cafes nearby for a cup of coffee and reasonable breakfast or lunch. Great access to the parks nearby. Also very helpful and friendly staff.
The rooms were not well insulated from the cold, and the heater in the bathroom did not work. The walls were very thin and the floors very creaky, so you could hear every person trudging down the hallway when you were in the room.

Housekeeping would come knock on the door around 8 am each morning, so if you forget to put your "Do not disturb" sign up the night before, be prepared for a very early wake up call. The internet in the lobby is free, though you have to pay for it when in your room, which is really unjustified these days when even the most basic hotels provide free internet in the rooms. I didn't have an adaptor for the UK outlets, and the front desk was very helpful since they have tons of extras that they lend out to guests. ...read more

Location
First room #323 offered had poor lighting, but upgraded amenities. It was next to elevator but not noisy. Bathroom had odd smell. We got a room change to #219 which had improved lighting and overall experience. The business centre was not available.

This is an older Hilton property. It did not feel like a 4-star hotel, but staff were helpful.

Good value in terms of what level of room compared to the usual rack rate.
But dated in places

Good location and good comfort. Would recommend based upon the price you pay.

location, courtesy and efficiency of staff, a very good mattress.
The room (G29) is too small (4* Hilton??????), suffers from bad ventilation so every shower cause the fire alarm working (because of the steam),the ceiling is peeling. Is it the room reserved specially for priceline name your own price?

Sitting in a very good location for city vacation, central- yet a quiet little street-,2 minutes from "Pret a Manger" if one dose not want to spend 15 GBP on breakfast at the hotel, 3 minutes to a tube station (the Picaddily line - runs from Heathrow); room (G29) was some what dissappointed (size, ventilation, maintenance)- it is not what is expected from a 4* Hilton hotel; a very courteus and efficient staff. This was my first expirience with Priceline "Name your own price" and I wonder if that is the reason for the room I have got. ...read more

I believe this must have been the worst room in the hotel. Window led to very small court yard, almost no day light. Priceline should exert pressure to not treat their clients so badly.

Location is amazing, room size is actually bigger than what I expected for a London Hotel in Zone 1.
No fridge.

Definitely a good choice. Combination of great location and quality of rooms.
