Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hilton Hawaiian Village

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Only redeeming quality of the hotel was the staff who were nice and attentive.
I do NOT recommend this hotel. For a 'resort' with quite high/expensive nightly rates along with a daily resort fee of $30USD I expected a higher quality resort experience. The rooms were very dated, bad wifi reception and only 1 tiny dated fitness room.

The resort is large and has many options for shopping, eating and enjoying the beaches and pools. The resort is in walking distance to many places and the on site car rental makes seeing the island easy.
The car rental was expensive but that seems the norm for the island.

The staff were truly friendly and helpful. The grounds were well looked after and very clean.
Hawaii's resort fees, hotel parking expense, too many people in one area.

The view was amazing! I booked an ocean view, and actually had 2 view s, ocean and marina, two balconies! A great four star hotel experience!
The fact that I could only afford to stay one night!

The beach was great. Room was larger and nicer than I expected.
The $30 a day resort fee is nonsense. It's also way too complicated to connect to the wifi. Seems like it's designed to discourage use so you get nothing out of the $30 fee.
