Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hilton Grand Vacations Suites On The Las Vegas Strip

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Free Internet. You may print your boarding pass. Swimming pool and jacuzzi.
Far from all entertainment Las Vegas. Scary return after 5 p m.: vacant lots with unfinished and abandoned buildings around the hotel. Wierd key system. Acess was denied 4 times within 3 days of staying. Annoyed with Imposing time shares.

Very nice place close enough to the strip but far enough away.
There was a price mix up but in the end it was sorted out.

The suite was the best part.
Paying for parking.

The key card system was hard to figure out, but OK after. The jacuzzi was really good and helped a lot. The parking system was terrible. The parking garage was too far from the hotel and they charged $8.00 a day. Ridiculous. What do they expect you to do with your car?

Hated that I had to pay for parking...that was a surprise when I was told that, when checking in.

The hotel is very clean, staff are very friendly, and the room was clean and quiet.
The location was farther than I expected so I ended up driving or taking expensive cabs to get to my conference. Room had an accessible shower (which I usually like) but the drain was set too high so the hallway flooded every time we showered.

The room accommodations were great.
Probably the location, although did have easy access to bus line.

Staff was polite and friendly.

No casino
Location.too far from the main strip. Had to use credit card for any purchase .

The hotel, although technically on the strip is way out.it was a long walk to get to the main areas on the strip.Did not like that you can not pay for anything with cash, all purchases, even drinks are charged to your credit card.

Loved that it was a non-gaming hotel with no resort fee. Very relaxing. Loved the pool area where we spent a lot of time. Loved the "adult-only" deck option. Loved the kitchenette in the room. Very convenient to CVS for incidentals.
We had a terrible view looking at the abandon Fountainbleu hotel. Would not accommodate a room change request. Also, messages from front desk trying to sell us timeshare were annoying.

Other than the poolbar and marketplace (which was dramatically overpriced when you could walk down the street and get most of the same offerings for less $) there was really no bar or restaurant. Appreciated the internet in room. Appreciate this was a non-smoking hotel. Liked the gym too.
