clean and quiet
I was stunned to find out that the cold breakfast consisting of cold cereal, muffins and a few fruits cost $7.95/person and if you wanted anything hot the price was 12.95. We left and found a buffet for $7.95 including anything you wanted to eat.

The entire staff from the front desk to the servers were excellent.

Location was good. Staff were personable.
The A/C was not working in my room. It was emitting an odor that gave me a horrible head-ache. Staff weren't able to fix until after I checked out, which was unfortunate but not entirely the staff's fault.

Large bed , located close to mall
The room smelled very musty. Shower head leaked and fell off when we tried to adjust it. No one staffing the front desk when we went to purchase snacks in the pantry. At breakfast, There was no clear direction and food was below avg for the price.

Everything I gave full marks to in #1 above. Great location and we slept very well - quiet!
Absolutely NOT! This is where we will stay, and look forward to staying again, should we ever be passing through the area again and wanting to stay somewhere near Tri-cities. Perhaps the shower might be updated soon BUT it was just fine for us!

First off, we hadn't even checked in and we noticed they had a security guard who walked through the building and the parking area - we would observe this throughout our stay and it did make us feel more comfortable (especially since our car was parked where it wasn't visible from the room). The hotel was modern and welcoming. The young man at reception gave us good advice about restaurants nearby and we ended up choosing the Texas Roadhouse - which we will definitely go to next time we're passing through. ...read more

The Garden style design and décor were very nice done and the whole layout was beautiful. The rooms were spacious and inviting. The staff was very accommodating.
the only thing that bothered us was someone banging and moving things around at 5am. Don't know if it was housekeeping or another guest. Staff could not for see that.

They promised the pool was in working order and it was. They said we could have an early check in and we did. Jessica remembered we were there for a wedding and she was very nice and friendly. The rooms were beautiful and the bed very comfortable.

Our bed was very comfortable and loved having cable tv.
There were teams staying there and we decided to wait to use pool and hot tub till 10 pm. WE were told that pool stayed open till 11 pm. When we got down there a gruff security person said that they closed the pool early. Extremely dissapointed...

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly but not willing to help out with pool situation. One staff person told us that pool closed because they ran out of towels and another said it was to control the noise. It was our first get away without the child and we were looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub and pool. Major disappointed. Also we couldn't figure out if the beverages in the lobby were free or it there was a cost, no signs..but loved our room. ...read more

Staff was very nice, I got a thank you card as I checked in, nice touch, easy location, cookies in the evening, infused ice water waiting for you all the time.
The room had a faint Oder of old smoke, like many rooms that have been remodeled.
