Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hilton BellevueOur hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. They have an addition charge for every thing. Parking is $15 when they have a huge parking lot that is no where nere being full. They offer a $.75 reduction off the room rate if you elect not to accept a $1 newspaper. If you elect not to receive a $1 newspaper, why don't they give $1 off the room??

Disappointing. The bathroom sink was backed up. One of the bed lights flickered. The desk light wouldn't even turn on. One of the screws holding the shower adjustment handle to the wall was falling out. I would have been fine with any one of these things, but for 3.5 stars that's just too much preventable stuff. Also, I know you can't trust the pictures, but from the description I didn't expect the view from the balcony to be overlooking the lame parking lot. And you could barely fit a chair out there; not quite the roomy hang-out balcony it was portrayed as. ...

The rest of the motel, outside of the restaurant, exceeded my expectations.

Overall a great experience for a great price - the rooms despite the location close to the highway were quiet, all you could hear was the air conditioning. The rooms could have used a fridge and a couple different kinds of pillows instead of all feather pillows. The staff were excellent, extremely helpful and accommodating, the breakfast was great although not cheap, and the shuttle service was very convenient and the driver was very friendly and kind. Overall a great experience! ...

This was my 2nd stay, and I will definitely return for future visits. It was very clean and well kept. The room was large with plenty of space. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is great. The gym was kinda small, but had the basics and was clean.
