Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hilton Atlanta Airport

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

I enjoyed my coffee.
Absolutely, I was not able to adjust the thermostat in a freezing room. The garbage wasn't empty from previous guest.

I was deprived of sleep due to barking dogs. Food that was purchased prior to checking in spoiled in fridge because it wasn't working....a waist of a lot of money.

The location was perfect for me and my family, my daughter is attending Spelman college so we were very close to her. The staff was great and the room was very comfortable and clean.

The hotel and the staff was very accomodating. Staff was helpful and friendly.

It was easy access to Turner Field
Yes they were having a Minsters Convention the hotel was sold out so we ran out of HOT water.

After the convention departed things got better. Self parking is some what ok. You just have to wait after you swipe your room key for gate to open very slow. They will not honor your room request that was shown on Priceline they say it's because Priceline goes through a 3rd party. Over all ok stay

The room!! We chose a Jr Executive Suite and we were not disappointed. It even included breakfast!
You have to pay for Internet and Parking

Beautiful hotel and everyone was really nice. Jamal the front desk clerk checked us in and was very courteous and sweet. Our housekeeper was also wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed! The view from our room was amazing!! We loved our stay and highly recommend this hotel!

When I checked in I was given a king room. I was with my mom and 3 children. Went to front desk to get switched to double room and was told that there were none but for $15 extra I could have a rollaway. Front desk then told me that this was the compromise for booking through Priceline. They did eventually put us in a smoking double room, but my son had coughing fits all night and I woke up with an asthma attack. The second night, however, Chenea at front desk was able to get us a nonsmoking double room. I was further frustrated when my parking was not on key card and I had to go back into hotel to get out of the parking lot. The hotel was very well kept and most of the staff was friendly and helpful, but the initial hours (when I was exhausted from driving 7 hrs and just wanted to rest) were miserable and I don't think I will return here. Really did not like being treated like a second class guest because I booked on Priceline. And I am also hesitant to book again through Priceline unless I am travelling alone. ...read more
