Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hilton Anatole

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

the treatment of price line customers

Because we were priceline customers, they moved our rooms to include only one bed because they overbooked (even though on priceline we requested two beds AND I called the hotel after booking to make sure there were two beds in each room). We had strangers sleeping together, and this is unacceptable. Just because we book through a third party vendor does not mean we should be treated any less that those who book directly through the hotel. Fortunately a nice receptionist at the desk offered us free cots, and moved our rooms when doubles opened up a few days later. ...read more

Convenient location
no free parking. at check in they as if have car and charge $19 per day. 2 of the days the gate was not being used and did not require key or credit card--so I could have parked for free--but I paid $19 per day because I told them I had car at check in.

What I liked most about this hotel is that they don't skimp on anything. First class all the way.
The only thing I did not like about this hotel is the accessory pricing that you aren't always told about. $19 per night to park my own vehicle in a parking lot is a bit much in my opinion. And no free wi-fi. But everything is expensive at this hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel! I am a business traveller and I am in hotels about 20-30 nights a year in different cities and it is rare that I get to stay in a hotel of this class. I treated myself to this stay due to a great deal on Priceline. They just don't build hotels like this anymore! If you want first class amenities then stay here! There is food service 24/7. Breakfast starts at like 5am, which is great for me because I have to leave my hotel by 6 or 6:30 most of the time, and most hotels don't even start breakfast before I have to be gone. So I appreciated that very much. ...read more

There was a dirty towel upon my arrival in the room, but once that was removed, it was a very wonderful stay

The room they put us in was one of the interior rooms, not one that opened into the courtyard. Beautiful décor throughout the hotel with an art corridor that included a piece of the Berlin Wall! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We did not use the indoor pool, but it looked very nice. Had a very hard time accessing the free internet in the lobby.

The Parlor room was amazing!! Great views of the city and really fine appointments in room. Was not expecting such a great value!
The bed wasn't as comfortable as I'd hoped, but it did not detract much from the overall experience.

I liked the convenience of the hotel in respect to market center.
There were a large group of people that were watching the game who continued to scream until after 2:00 a.m. We were on the 6th floor and could hear them. I felt the hotel shouldn't have allowed that to disturb the rest of the guests.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The hotel services and amenities were everything I expected and MORE!

It was easy to get to, right off the freeway, or even from North Hampton Road. VERY convenient walk to the Trademart. Room was clean and fresh, climate control in the room worked very well. The mattress was outstanding. One thing I hate about most hotels is that how cramped the bathroom is, but my wife and I moved around this one swimmingly. Room service offered at a premium, but it is close to several restaurants. Will definitely have to try the Steakhouse in the hotel next time! Valet service was easy and efficient, just a quick text on my way down and my car was waiting for me. Front Desk and Concierge service was impeccable, so far my favorite hotel stay in a very long time! ...read more
