Hotel Guest Reviews of the The Hermosa Inn

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The Inn was in a lovely setting with beautiful gardens. It was such a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were charming and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Staff were extremely accommodating. The warm cookies and flavored water were a lovely treat.

The pool was warm and the poolside quiet and relaxing. Stay here!

The Hermosa was absolutely delightful! The location is actually close to everything but it feels quiet and secluded. The staff bends over backward to make you feel at home.
No, I liked everything about the Hermosa.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. The rooms, the grounds, the service. I would 100% recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area. Worth every penny!!

Lovely historic building. Every corner has a nice touch, an art piece or plants/flowers. Lots of quiet intimate corners to sit and read a book or sip some wine. There's a couple of fire pits w/chairs, a lovely little courtyard, the trees are illuminated with hanginig lanters at night it's very romantic, for turndown service they leave home made gourmet chocolates on your bed! Roms have their own fireplaces and patios and soft jazz is playing when you first enter your room. And the restaurant is one of the best in town, the food is amazing and the outside tables by the fountain are lovely! ...read more

The silence, serenity, birds chirping, art work in the grounds, lack of crowds, live music at night, easy to navigate around grounds in a minute between pool and room. Fantastic.
Nothing.

The hotel offers a beautiful setting with wonderful gardens and sculpures. It's quiet and besides your own personal patio to sit in, there are many more places to enjoy in the gardens. We loved the resturant, Lons. The food was outstanding,so convienent.
The bathrooms need to be updated. It was hard to adjust the water temperature and the tub was slippery. Air conditioning is loud, luckly it was cool enough at night that it didn't come on all the time.

Beautiful, southwestern rooms with fireplace. Serene, intimate setting. Personal service. Great restaurant
Minor points: Noisy bathroom fans, wooden shutters blocked views, drapes would work better

Great low-key luxurious boutique hotel for those who want peace and quiet, not large hotel bustle. If you like big, modern concrete hotels this may not be for you. Easy to get to, park near your room, great bar and restaurant.

Gorgeous setting, private and small hotel, very romantic and relaxing. Great food, surrounded by amazing natural beauty, lots of great art in the gardens, friendly staff.
Not certain we got the room fitting the descripton provided in the booking confirmation from your site. It listed vaulted ceilings, which our room did not have. However, the room was quite lovely, we really enjoyed the fireplace and private balcony.

Gorgeous setting, private and small hotel, perfect for a romantic and/or a peaceful getaway. The food was great, the hotel is surrounded by amazing gardens, natural beauty (camel back mountain nearby), great art and friendly staff.
