Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hebert Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Only one bed, and wasn't really clean - found a lint roller under a chair.

Good room layout. Lot level room meant moving bags a breeze. Good shower
Shower needs anti-slip treatment.

Clean and new inside.
Only one queen bed in the room

The hotel is small. When I arrived around 10PM, no one was the lobby and the lobby was locked. I was instractued through telecon outside the lobby to go to another location 3/4 mile away ( a bar) to check in.this is really unacceptable.

Interior design was attractive and not generic and boring. Cozy and comfortable.
Hard time finding key to hotel due to translation issues when I speak English and workers speak French.

Our key to our room was at another location 2 min down the road because we didn't get in til 2am and both places are owned by the same people. However once we figured out where to go and checked in we couldn't be happier. The room was amazing. Like a comfy studio apartment. The interior design had some artistic value and wasn't generic and boring like most hotels. Also we thought the ac was broken and the girl from the other hotel drove to us to switch our rooms only to find out our ac worked all along and we were just not smart enough to figure out how to turn it on. Overall our favorite hotel we stayed at during our last vacation. (we stayed in 4 different hotels in 4 different cities) ...read more

Imaginative, luxurious decor. Outstanding cuisine, very comfortable rooms, courteous and helpful staff.
Not easy to find - and I needed my GPS to find the way to Trois Rivières.

I discovered this hotel almost by accident, found it charming in every way. Luxurious rooms are delightful and very well equipped. A welcoming reception staff also served dinner with graceful skill. Cuisine outstanding. I hope to return, and would warmly recommend the hotel to other travellers.
