Welcome to the Heat Hotel
A waterfront setting with views of the original London Bridge, contemporary rooms and a vibrant patio bar are the highlights of a stay at the hip Heat Hotel in Lake Havasu.
At the boutique-style Heat Hotel, 25 rooms and suites boast contemporary furnishings and spectacular views from private balconies. Amenities include pillowtop beds with high-thread-count linens, as well as microwaves, mini-fridges and flat-panel cable TVs. Select suites also feature jetted tubs and huge showers. But the real draw is the 4,000-square-foot patio bar and lounge where guests can tie up their boats and kick back with a frosty drink on a daybed or in private cabana. There's free Wi-Fi access throughout the hotel.
The Heat Hotel is on Thompson Bay in Lake Havasu City. London Bridge and the Convention and Visitors Bureau are less than a mile away. Also nearby is the scenic shoreline of Lake Havasu State Park, a hotbed for water sports, with beaches, picnic areas and boat ramps. Nature lovers can trek the mile-long Mohave Sunset Trail along the shoreline or visit the Arroyo-Camino Interpretive Garden showcasing the park's biodiversity. Lake Havasu City Airport is about seven miles away, and McCarran International in Las Vegas is 152 miles from the hotel.
"Modern, classy rooms" with "balconies facing the river and London Bridge" are some of the big draws for Priceline guests, who also like the "excellent location" of the Heat Hotel.

I liked the room layout and location near a lot of activity. Good view. Only negative is that the hotel's carpet and furniture are run down slightly.

Would have been a great hotel if it weren't for the ridiculously loud music from the club. I was expecting some music,at the lake, but the bass literally shook the whole hotel. There were only four or five people at the club from 1200 til 200 in the morning but there was no break in the jams! Will not stay there again

Location of our room right on the water was great (Inferno 06) - Convenient to walk and physically close to our activities, but VERY DIFFICULT to drive in and out of due to no traffic signals and lots of cross-traffic - very frustrating and time-consuming to deal with

This was a good choice for an overnight stay on a weeknight. It is convient for walking around town and the view was just as promised (we were on the third floor). The room and bath are very clean and provided just what we needed for a wonderful night!
