The wait staff kept the room clean without much prompting. The included breakfast and dinner was at worst case adequate and on good days delicious.
Not being able to take breakfast to the room. Uur first morning there my girlfriend and I wanted to grab a plate then go back to the room and relax. I can understand the issues but at the same time it's a hassle. We were without internet a few days.

Overall a good experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were without internet for the first 3 days of our stay which was very bad considering my girlfriend does a lot of her business online. On the 4th night there we noticed our patio door did not lock. We were on the second floor so I didn't really mind but that's something that the hotel staff should have known about and repaired. I wasn't really happy with the TV channel selections. There is no guide provided and some of the channels are mislabeled in the TV. As in it will say on in TV info that you are watching MTV2 and it's actually animal planet. And since you have no idea which cable provider is being supplied it makes it hard to even go online (when you have working internet) to try to find out what's on. size/layout and conveniences in the room - example: fridge, microwave, etc.
limited TV stations - we wanted to watch hockey playoffs and were disappointed by limited choices

it was a little odd/buried getting to it but otherwise convenient to major highways and roomy and clean

The room was very modern and spacious
The room was not very clean. The shower was terrible. I used a cloth to put down on the tub because of the dirt.

The phone did not work and was never fixed. The Wi-Fi did not work at all the first day we were there, and poorly the second. The stairs, though structurally sound were splitting and peeling. The staff were on the whole indifferent.

Not near a 3 star experience. Adequate, but just barely is how I would describe the experience. The hotel showed wear, the breakfast disappeared early and the phone never worked. The Wi-Fi did not work at all the first night I was there and the second night after the router was reset one connection would work, but only at a poor signal strength, and this poor connection was obtained only after considerable effort, as the instructions given by the front test resulted in no connection at all. ...read more

Wonderful room. Great TV. Could have cooked if we wanted too. When we got there we found out that they also included dinner in the price of the room. We only ate once but it was great.

The price for this room was great. They included breakfast and dinner included in the price. The room was huge. It had a beautiful TV, sleeper couch, side chair, & desk. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was amazing, even has a dishwasher. We loved the staff and they very very helpful. The hotel is right on top of the Henry Ford museum, Greenfield Village, and the Rouge River Ford plant. This hotel in no way met the expectation of a 3-3.5 star hotel. There is no room service except towel delivery. The bathroom door were was damaged with scratches. I understand this was a suite but the room/studio was comparable to an upgraded motel 6.

I think it was deceitiful and dishonest to rate this hotel as a bargin 3 star property. There were much better hotels in the area which I could have spentxxx for 2 nights and had a better experience. The the bed was probably the most impressive item in the room. The towels appeared dingy and worn. I will think long and hard before I consider selecting a 3 star hotel with priceline again. I dont'think I've had this type of experience with hot wire. I thought I was getting an impressive room and a got a cheap upgraded red roof type room. ...read more
