The staff were wonderfully helpful
The prearrival check-in via computer asked questions that were not available to the check in staff ie location preference and request for extra towels.

I would happily return to this hotel next time I visit Phenoix

The room was nice, clean and parking was close to the entrances. The front desk staff was the nicest.
Some of the staff was not guest-oriented. One cleaning lady went down the hall about 11AM on a Sunday banging on EVERY door ignoring "do not disturb" signs. The house keeping manager did not oversee her staff well. Our bed was extremely firm.

Friendly desk clerk made us feel welcome. The suite was roomy and the king bed and pull out sofa bed were very comfortable. Very nice free breakfast room from 6AM to 9AMTwo TVs with many channels and free internet in rooms Nice kitchenette
Would have preferred a downstairs room as the stairs were about difficult carrying luggage as there are no elevators. The jacuzzi tub jets were not working well and the water was just warm but don't remember that as a problem on previous visits.

Pool was nice, lobby looked like it would be a top quality place. The pool was nice but closed at 10 so we did not get to enjoy it for long. It was supposed to be heated but was not. Breakfast looked nice but was all microwaved, powered stuff.
Bed hard as a rock, pull out sofa dirty inside the mattress. I killed a cockroach in the bathroom! Not enough towels, I had to DRIVE to the front desk as all doors to lobby were LOCKED and our phones were not turned on, told them and @ 4am they rang!!

Location- proximity to highways was easy to get to all spring training stadiums. Kitchenette in the room.
Housekeeping only left 2 sets of towels in the room. Why can't we have 3?Carpet in hallways and room show a lot of wear and tear and needs to be replaced. Tub in bathroom and faucets in bath and kitchen need to be replaced (lime build up and grime
