Hotel Guest Reviews of the Harrisonville Inn & Suites

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

It was very clean and it worked great for a quick spot to stop and sleep.
It looked old and dated and you could hear everything going on outside.

The staff was more than happy to be flexible and helpful. Overall the BEST for the price by far. Very pleased.
Nothing bad to say.

It was quiet and the price was good.
They stated that they included breakfast, but there was just cereal, bread, and honey buns. Waffle mix looked old. Milk and juice were in community pitcher. Could not take one as leaving.

It was in a quiet part of town.
We had bug bites upon leaving. During the night we started feeling the bites and began itching. We did not look for any sort of bug though.

The size of the room and the cable tv.
Receptionist had somewhat of an attitude.

The room was nice if not a bit small, and all the restraunts and stores were close by.

The price.
Skimpy breakfast choices, and pillows like rocks.

The motel is old, and not fancy appointed, but, for the price, it delivers - a comfortable room, a clean bathroom (with hot water), and a quiet, safe place to stay.

It was quiet
It says it has a pool...it does not. It was hard to find. The photo they show is of the new part of the motel. Our room was in the old part.

Should have spent $17 more and stayed at Comfort Inn...

Location
Broken light in room. Dead beetles on bathroom floor.
