New, clean. Great bedding, nice bathroom/shower. Nice free breakfast. Quiet.
Location new so not on GPS.
A nice hotel, new and would recommend it.

Fabulous, friendly service, and clean rooms.
Super friendly front desk staff. They asked us if we wanted a wake up call before I'd even mentioned it, and even phoned again after the automated call just to make sure it worked. There was fresh coffee in the very clean lobby. They rushed to refill the coffee pots when low. The continental breakfast was the best we've ever had! Rooms were clean and spacious. Impressive.

Low water pressure. Bed mattress too firm.
All in all pretty good except that when paying for an upscale hotel - better water pressure is expected in the hotel. Regardless of the green option, I expect a decent shower. The bed was too firm.

The location was close to restaurants, all staff were friendly and helpful, everything was clean & well maintained.
The chlorine smell was overpowering, so we chose not to go in the swimming pool, even though having a pool was a plus when we were booking the hotel.
