The rooms were very nicely furnished and appointed and were very clean. Close to Capitol and downtown. They even bumped me up to a suit. SWEET!
Exterior of building was uninspiring and surrounded by ugly parking lots. I doubt many female guests will feel safe walking back here alone at night. This, of course is not the fault of the hotel or its management but it was a drag.

One of the elevators was broken and that caused long delays at times. Then the second broke too! I have no problem using the stairs and prefer the exercise but the stairs were hard to find as they were only intended for emergency use. To make matters worse, some of these emergency stairs would force you out a fire door and out onto the street or alley when coming down. There was no option in most stairwells to exit into the lobby level. Weird and stupid design. Also, the huge suit I was so graciously given was really nothing more than wasted space. There was not any divider between the living space and the sleeping space which made no sense to me. If someone wanted to watch TV in the living space, it would be open to the sleeping space and would keep a second person trying to sleep, awake. Also, since the sleeping space was open to the rest of the suit, one couldn't have guests or conduct business in the living area without everyone seeing your messed up bed and dirty laundry. How hard would it have been to install a wall or something?!?! Also, the building next door was being renovated and the construction workers there liked to deliver big empty construction dumpsters at 6am. Again not the management's fault but it was really rude and woke me up as those things crash like LOUD thunder when they are dropped off the back of the delivery truck. ...read more

Conveniently located and close to the 16th street mall. Linens (including duvet) are cleaned prior to arrival, so didn't have to worry about having a dirty blanket. No reports of bed bugs. Nice pool facility that was open late.
Parking isn't included and had to pay $14/day during my stay.

Good bang for your buck!

The hotel was conveniently located near restaurants/bars and public transportation! If I went back to Denver, I would definitely stay here again.
