Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Hotel staff was excellent. The free breakfast was some of the best food we had in NYC. Room was nice and the bed was comfortable.

Great location. Near many different subway lines. Within walking distance of many attractions.

The place isn't bad, but they put us on the 3 floor and jackhammers at 7:30am was a horrible awakening! Would not stay there until construction work is complete next door.
No warning that jackhammers would be pounding on building right next door. It was a horrible and deafening experience to wake up to at 7:30am. Hotel refused to refund our stay for not letting us know about construction. I think that is in poor taste.

I liked the convenience of having so many stores and restaurants within walking distance and the way late night access was only allowed to room key holders.

Easy access to all sites.
The rooms are very tiny but for NY size perfectly adequate.

The location of this hotel is fabulous for the price. Great access to everything in Midtown. Close to bus/subway for all other Manhatten points. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel and the rooms are very clean. Breakfast has plenty of variety and space available.

The free breakfast and how close Penn station was.

Outstanding service! The breakfast was wonderful and frequently replenished throughout the busy morning. There was no charge to store your luggage. Great stay!

It was very clean.

The room was very clean and it was bigger than I expected. The free breakfast was great. Staff was nice. Close to subway, Time Square and Empire State Building.

hotel staff could not have been nicer! Good selection at free breakfast. Wonderful having free internet.
carpet in room was brown, taking a shower left brown footprints, not sure carpets have been cleaned in awhile. Neighborhood was iffy. Bathroom needs at least a hook for your robe or your clothes.

this hotel has good and bad points. It was a good deal for the price, after all in New York you really don't spend that much time in your room.
