Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hampton Inn Clovis
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.June 5, 2013

We arrived early but we were surprised that a room was not clean and we were to come back in an hour. Clovis, N M is a small place so it was a little strange to hear this. We recently arrived at 9AM at a hotel in a city with over a million people and were given a room even at that hour even though check was at 3PM.

If your looking for a great, clean, comfortable, staff friendly, place to stay, look no further then this place you won't be disappointed. I compare it to the Hilton Garden in Albuquerque. And if you have kids like I do they will really enjoy the indoor pool. Oh I almost forgot to mention the breakfast they serve every morning from 6 to 10 is awesome with a great selection. One thing I should mention you'll read in other reviews about the train noise my family and I wasn't bothered by them one bit but if they do bother you they provide in room earplugs. I highly recommend this hotel, like I said earlier you won't be disappointed.

Very clean rooms and helpful staff. I will not bother to look for another hotel next visit, because I'm sold on the Hampton Inn.

The staff was nice but the hotel was under construction. The hotel is right across the street from train tracks (that are used quite often). The room looked clean but the bathroom was not, there was sprinkles on the toilet and whiskers/hair in the sink. The complimentary breakfast was average.
