The staff at this hotel are wonderful. Very helpful and very nice. Breakfast was very nice. Location is great. Across the street from 6 Flags, every known restaurant within blocks and every type of shopping imaginable within blocks. Beach is also close
No refrigerator or microwave in the room

The hall way smelled clean not sprayed to seem clean. The note on my bed stating the sheets and duvet were clean for my stay making me more confident and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good customer service techniques.
Nothing I didn't like. I had handicapped grab bars in the tub in my room but no grab bar to help me get in and out of the tub. I recommend a vertical grab bar be placed in all tubs where one climbs in and out. As we age that is vitally important.

This was my first stay in a Hampton Hotel. I felt comfortable and safe. Staff was friendly, greeted me in the hallways, and inquired whether I needed assistance. Good Customer Service skills. I enjoyed breakfast and appreciated the availability of hot water and coffee 24/7. I stayed in a handicapped room to ensure some sort of support getting in and out of the tub, grab bars were adequate in the tub, but I would recommend some sort of verticle handle or grab bar on the wall where one gets in and out of the tub. Most hotels do not provide these. I've struggled with back issues for the last 30 years. As I slip and slide in hotel tubs I know it is only a matter of time until I fall. I've put verticle bars in all tubs and showers in my own home to help getting in and out. This is helpful not only to handicapped but to those with sprained ankles, or those unsteady on their feet. Complimentary breakfast was good and very convenient. It was also nice to have coffee & tea available 24/7.
The Internet connection was pretty slow & occasionally not there at all.

There was nothing that I didn't like about this hotel. We were there to see our son graduate from basic training at the Navy base and it was in a great location for that. We chose this hotel for the free breakfast & the pool. I was pleasantly surprised how nice the hotel was and the staff was very friendly. I checked for bugs & though I am no expert, I didn't see anything. Everything looked & smelled clean. We didn't hear our neighbors through the walls of our room. Clean towels every day if you leave them on the floor. Nice pool, though I didn't get to swim since we were out when I was hot enough to swim. The evenings were too cool. They provided towels for the pool, which I didn't even think to pack. I didn't use the exercise room or the laundry, but they we there. The staff was awesome and tried to accommodate us.
There was no outdoor pool. My kids were completely heart broken. I also planned on watching the final round of Supercross on Speed TV only to find that the hotel did not carry the channel.

After discovering the pool and poor selection of TV channels, I asked the hotel if I could get a refund. They said that because I went through a third party, then I would have to call them to get a refund. I called and Priceline said that they could not do anything. I then discovered that the rate that I got through Priceline was available to me directly through the hotel. So.........why should I EVER use Priceline again? I will not use them again!!!!! The location is awesome - the breakfast was terrific - the rooms are clean and pretty quiet, no complaints at all about the quality of the conditions in this hotel.
The only thing I did not like was the staff at the front desk when we came to check in - the hotel had over booked for the night, and told me my confirmation code was invalid. All it took was a call to Priceline's customer service line - and we were take.

The hotel is clean - the morning staff was great (evening staff, not so much) - the location is terrific - we used this hotel as a night time haven for a two day trip to Six Flags - and it worked out wonderfully! The breakfast is excellent!
