There was no refrigerator in the room and when I asked the night staff for late checkout they told me it was not an option.

Room was clean and quite roomy. Bed was very comfortable.
I had specifically booked a two queen room, for two men. Upon check in, they tried to "upgrade" me to a king deluxe room, with a sleeper sofa. If I wanted a king with a sleeper sofa, I would've booked it that way.

After checking the room, there was a king...but no sleeper sofa. Just a plain king room. Calling the front desk...he offered a rollaway, or another king room, gratis. Which would you take? However, I would've been just fine with the two queen room. Can't blame the desk guy for what happened, but at least he did everything he could to make it right, and most of all, ensure we enjoyed our stay. ...read more

When we arrived we were told we did not have a room and they had moved us to a best western next door. I would not give the best western a very high rating and I was frustrated with the Hampton inn

everything, location, modern facility and furntiure, staff,great bedding and bath, quiet and clean
the wi-fi, Hampton wanted you to sign up for their points system and other junk so I refused to connect

The staff was cordial and helpful.
Everything was good...except the scrambled eggs.

The Hampton Inn was very clean and comfortable with a good price. I would definitely stay there again!

All of the above when the room we had reserved did not have heat they upgraded us to a King room for no extra charge. Made our one night together a blast while Marmee watched ourd sons.
NO.

The price is at least 20% cheaper than if we had just walked in and booked at the hotel. The staff and room was great. Great continental breakfast too!
