Free breakfast was good and room was a nice size.
The shower water pressure was awful. Our friends in another room said the same. Hot tub wasn't hot enough and needed to be cleaned (tiles).

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating.
It was difficult to regulate the room temperature. One bed would be too hot while the other was too cold.
The hotel is on the west side of town, away from all but highway traffic, so it was nice and quiet, for the most part. It's across the highway from the hospital, so we did hear the occasional siren, but not often enough to be a real disturbance. The staff is very nice and makes you feel at home. The breakfast buffet wasn't lavish, but they do provide a nice variety of choices.

Excellent customer service and clean, well kept rooms and facilities
My only minor grip is the hotel is a bit far from dining and shopping (2 miles maybe if thats far)
